Walking & Hiking
There are walks for all abilities from easy coastline walks across white sandy beaches to the challenging ‘Munros’ of Glenfinnan, Knoydart and Skye Cuillins. Whatever your ability there will be a walk for you.
The Countryside Rangers run many events and guided walks which aim to help raise awareness and encourage appreciation of the scenery, wildlife and heritage of the local area. This wide range of events and activities is aimed at local communities and visitors alike.
For the more adventurous you could walk along Loch Morar side over to Loch Nevis and catch the ferry back to Mallaig. Transport to Loch Morar can be arranged if needed.
