You can dine in style at the West Highland Hotel's own restaurant, The
Islands View Restaurant. As you can tell from its name, the restaurant
enjoys magnificent views over the harbour to the islands beyond. The
extensive "a
la carte" menu which is changed weekly is carefully compiled by
our resident chef Gillian Gray, and has a choice to
suit any palate.
Our chef is also more
than happy to cater for any
special dietary needs.
One of the specialties of the Islands View Restaurant is obviously seafood. Fresh fish is bought each day from the local fish market and is expertly prepared into a variety of dishes. There is also a first class choice of meat, game and vegetarian options available.
To finish off your meal there is an extensive range of delicious homemade desserts available and as a special after dinner treat, why not try one of our liqueur coffees, including the "West Highland Coffee" made to the hotel's own secret recipe.
